Paying for your travel - no change being given from Monday 6th April

We are doing all we can to keep our customers and employees safe and healthy, and one of the main things we are looking at is limiting the use of cash on our buses.
Although all of our routes accept cash, fewer coins and notes being handled means fewer chances for the virus to spread. We therefore strongly encourage you to pay by other means, whether using a smartcard, contactless bank card or a mobile ticket from our app.
From Monday 6th April, drivers will no longer be giving change to customers. If you have no option but to pay with cash, please ensure you have the correct money for your journey. All our fares are shown on our website.
